We recommend booking your newborn session during your second or early third trimester (around 26–30 weeks pregnant). Booking early guarantees a spot on our calendar before your schedule gets busy and ensures you won't have to worry about planning a shoot during those first exhausting postpartum weeks.

Since babies rarely arrive exactly on schedule, your estimated due date is simply used as a placeholder on our calendar. Once your little one arrives, just reach out to us within a day or two, and we will set the official date and time for your session!

If your baby is already here or is older than 2–3 weeks, don't worry, we can still capture beautiful portraits! While older newborns are often more alert and may not do typical "sleepy baby" poses, we adjust our posing to capture wonderful, connected portraits of your baby awake and interacting with you.

The ideal time for newborn photo sessions is within the first 5 to 14 days after birth. During these first two weeks, newborns are extra sleepy, naturally curl into cozy poses, and are less easily disturbed during session transitions.

The gallery delivery can take up to 3 weeks.

Your privacy is always a top priority. While I love sharing the magic of our sessions online, I only do so with your explicit permission. We can easily review your gallery together to decide which specific images you are comfortable sharing. If you prefer to keep your entire gallery completely private, I am more than happy to honor that.

After the 50% deposit has been completed, a payment plan can be arranged if the session is booked more than a month in advance.

Absolutely! While the main focus will be on your little one, we will always capture a few beautiful portraits of baby with their parents.
